Jannik Sinner is not only one of the best tennis players in the world, but he is on his way to becoming an all-time great.
Sinner is already a four-time grand slam champion and, at 24 years of age, he should not slow down any time soon.
Unless another rival emerges, it could be he and Carlos Alcaraz at the top of the game for the next decade.

Jannik Sinner world ranking history
Jannik Sinner became world number one for the first time after the 2024 French Open. Sinner’s semifinal defeat to Alcaraz was enough to leapfrog Novak Djokovic, who withdrew from the tournament at the quarterfinal stage.
The Italian then held the top spot for 65 consecutive weeks before losing out to Carlos Alcaraz after his US Open victory in 2025.

Sinner returned to number one with his success at the Paris Masters in November, but his reign only lasted one week
Jannik Sinner finished his first season on the ATP Tour (2018) as the 551st-ranked player in the world. He then climbed to 78th in his second.
Sinner’s first end-of-year top 10 came in 2021. He has been in the top four for the last three years, including the number one ranking in 2024.
Jannik Sinner will break dozens of records throughout his career. The only thing stopping him at the moment is longevity.
However, he already has a few records to his name, including becoming the youngest male player to make the final of all four Grand Slams in the same year
